Anna's busy week and ideas for multiple myeloma modeling

Multiple myeloma is a complex disease in which progression, but crucially also, treatment resistance depends on the interactions between the tumor cells and the environment, which in the bone includes the cells that maintain bone homeostasis: osteoblasts and osteoclasts. Also important are the cells that make the endosteal niche that can induce dormancy on the tumor cells and thus protect them. Anna presented a compelling story which will hopefully soon become a math model.
